Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, who approached Ahmet Çakar while he was singing during the New Year's special broadcast of the "Derin Futbol" program hosted by sports commentator Ertem Şener, told Çakar, "Teacher, sing the song Suki Yo." Kütahyalı changed the lyrics of the song and used slang expressions.
Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) Member İlhan Taşcı filed an application to the RTÜK Presidency regarding the "Derin Futbol" program broadcast on Beyaz TV. In a statement on Twitter, Taşcı announced that RTÜK had fined Beyaz TV. Taşcı had stated, "Upon our complaint petition, RTÜK unanimously imposed a 3 percent fine on Beyaz TV due to Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı's dirty and vulgar language. Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, you should also evaluate the decision taken unanimously by the Supreme Council!"
Following the RTÜK decision, Kütahyalı targeted CHP members in a broadcast he participated in, using the expressions, "These are maniacs, these are fascists." Kütahyalı targeted İlhan Taşcı, saying, "The one who complained about us... I know his license plate, everything about him... I'm not interfering for now... I'm not saying anything for now..."
RTÜK member İlhan Taşcı responded by saying, "I am filing a compensation lawsuit against Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı for his words in this video. I hereby announce that I will donate the compensation I win to the ÇYDD and KumpasDer. Now you can tell what you know in court, you dirty mouth!"
A verdict has been reached in the compensation lawsuit filed by RTÜK member İlhan Taşcı against Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, and Kütahyalı was sentenced to pay 10 thousand liras in compensation.
İlhan Taşcı announced the decision as follows:
"In the compensation lawsuit I filed against Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı for defamation, the court sentenced Kütahyalı to pay 10 thousand liras in compensation. As I stated in my petition, I will donate the compensation to the Association for Supporting Contemporary Living (ÇYDD) and KUMPASDER. I would like to thank my lawyer Gökhan Tekşen for his efforts."
