Rug gift from Öcalan to MHP leader Bahçeli: 'Specially woven by the founding leader'
PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan gifted a rug to MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli. In his statement, Bahçeli said he named the rug the “Peace and Democracy Rug.” Bahçeli stated that the rug was presented to him during the DEM Party delegation's visit to Parliament on December 12 and that it was specially woven in Şanlıurfa.
