The Kremlin reported that FSB Director Aleksandr Bortnikov, who met with Putin, stated that 11 people, including 4 terrorists directly involved in the terror attack in Moscow, have been captured.
NUMBER OF CASUALTIES ANNOUNCED
The Russian Investigative Committee stated, "115 people have died, and the number may increase further" in the terror attack.
STATEMENT ON UKRAINE FROM RUSSIAN INTELLIGENCE FSB
FSB stated: "After the terror attack, the criminals planned to cross the Russia-Ukraine border. They had contacts on the Ukrainian side."
