Saran Group issues statement on 'data deletion' allegations at Tuttur
Saran Group has categorically denied allegations made by a social media user claiming that data belonging to Fenerbahçe football players who were members of Tuttur was deleted before the start of a "betting investigation" process.

A social media user claimed that data belonging to Fenerbahçe football players who were members of Tuttur.com was deleted before the start of a "betting investigation" process.
In its statement regarding the matter, Saran Group announced that the IP addresses in the shared images do not match Tuttur's infrastructure, that a table named "tutturcom_center_user" has never existed in the Tuttur.com database architecture, that the database alleged to have been backed up is unrelated to Tuttur.com's databases, and that it is technically impossible to access all user data through a single table.
The statement issued by Saran Group included the following remarks:
"This statement has become necessary due to the untrue and baseless allegations shared on social media regarding the Tuttur company, which suspended its operations on 21.09.2025, before the vote counting process for Mr. Sadettin Saran's Fenerbahçe Sports Club presidential election began, and whose license was revoked on 25.09.2025.
The screenshots and allegations contained in the posts in question do not in any way align with Tuttur.com's infrastructure, system architecture, or data integrity. The content in question is entirely manipulative, unfounded, and intended to mislead the public.
The following technical findings clearly demonstrate that the allegations have no connection to the Tuttur.com infrastructure:
A table named "tutturcom_center_user" has never existed in the Tuttur.com database architecture. This naming convention is technically incompatible with our system structure.
The tables "tutturcom_center_transaction", "tutturcom_center_payments", and "tutturcom_center_sessions" mentioned in the shared images do not exist in the Tuttur infrastructure; this naming standard is not used in our architecture.
The IP addresses 192.168.5.33 and 10.0.1.10 appearing in the screenshots do not match the IP blocks used in Tuttur.com's internal or external networks. These IPs have no technical connection to the Tuttur infrastructure.
The "id" format shown for the records allegedly deleted does not match the record structure of the Tuttur database. Our users are not kept in the system with a single ID, but rather through a unique and multi-layered coding structure.
Both the naming and the file size of the database alleged to have been "backed up" are completely unrelated to Tuttur.com's live environment databases.
It is technically impossible to access all user data through a single table in the Tuttur infrastructure. Personal data, payment accounts, balances, and game/ticket data are separated in our architecture and are managed in different databases with different authorization sets.
The claim that user data was "completely deleted" from the content of a table is both architecturally impossible and a scenario that is inconsistent with our operational processes.
Necessary legal action will be taken immediately against the accounts and individuals who generated these untrue contents and who shared and disseminated these baseless allegations."
