Scandal in Israel: Turkish Embassy employee detained for secret filming!

A Turkish Embassy employee has been detained in the city of Tel Aviv, Israel, following allegations of unauthorized filming in women's changing rooms at Frishman Beach.

The Jerusalem Post and The Times of Israel reported that the suspect is 29-year-old Ömer Kosi.

Kosi was apprehended by teams from the Tel Aviv Central Police Station and coastal patrol units and was taken into custody at the scene.

Israeli police stated that the suspect, who is reported to be employed at the Turkish diplomatic mission, was caught in the act and that inappropriate content was found on his mobile phone. According to police sources, some of the images in question were recorded in areas used by women as changing rooms.

While the investigation into the incident continues, it is alleged that Turkey's representative office in Tel Aviv requested that the suspect be placed under house arrest within the embassy building. However, it is claimed that this request was not accepted by Israeli authorities.

While it is not yet clear how his diplomatic status will affect the process, it is stated that the course of the judicial investigation will be shaped accordingly.
