Gül stated the following:

The snowfall continuing across Istanbul is negatively affecting daily life due to the impact of cold weather.

According to meteorological data, snowfall and cold weather are expected to continue their impact throughout the city.

For this reason, education and training have been suspended for one day in all educational institutions across Istanbul on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.

On the other hand, employees with disabilities, those with chronic illnesses, and pregnant personnel working in public institutions and organizations will also be considered on administrative leave on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
