Search efforts begin for missing Nisanur in Pendik
15-year-old Nisanur Dolu, who lives in the Pendik district of Istanbul, went missing after receiving her report card. Search efforts have been launched for Nisanur, from whom no news has been received.

The incident occurred yesterday around 1:00 PM in the Kurtköy Neighborhood of Istanbul's Pendik district. According to allegations, 15-year-old 8th-grade student Nisanur Dolu, who attends Pendik 700. Yıl Middle School, left home yesterday to receive her report card.
The young girl did not return home after receiving her report card. Upon her failure to return, her family notified the police teams.
Following the report, police teams and volunteer search and rescue teams launched a detailed search operation for Nisanur.
Volunteer search and rescue team leader Volkan Kılıç stated, "Nisanur went missing around 1:00 PM. She disappeared after receiving her report card upon leaving school. The incident was reported to us in the morning; a teacher at the school called us. They provided information that Nisanur had gone missing. Following this, we established contact with her family. Later, we started putting up notices at all bus stops in the Kurtköy area where we are located, along with her father. Afterward, we also started an effort to ask citizens. Currently, we have obtained some information from camera footage, and the child protection bureau is conducting an investigation and work based on this. We are supporting them as well. We are currently in the Çamlık area, as reports are coming in from this region. We will continue our efforts here for a while longer; if we cannot find her here, we will announce it through the media to launch efforts in the Aydos hill area and other relevant locations. Hopefully, we will find our sister Nisanur as soon as possible."
Kılıç added, "We spoke with her family; such things can happen, as students with poor grades may leave home for a short time due to fear. They might go to a friend's or relative's house, but her family stated that there was definitely no such situation. According to information we received from her friends, there is no such thing either. We are focusing on a few possibilities, but primarily our efforts are based on her being missing, and later, of course, she could have been abducted. The police units are also focusing on that, and we are continuing our work."
