Second hearing in the Narin Güran murder trial! A verdict is expected today

The second hearing of the murder case, which has dominated Turkey's agenda, will be held today.
In the trial where the public prosecutor has presented their opinion, the proceedings for the 4 defendants will continue at the Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court.
The 4 detained suspects were brought to the courthouse from the Diyarbakır Prison Campus in prison transport vehicles under strict security measures. The defendants will appear before the judge at 09:00.
In today's hearing, where a verdict is expected, it had been decided that Narin's uncle Erhan Güran and the shepherd Ahmet A. would be brought to court by force.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Narin Güran, who was reported missing on August 21 in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Diyarbakır's central Bağlar district, was found dead in the Eğertutmaz Stream on September 8.
As part of the investigation conducted by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 12 out of 23 suspects taken into custody, including mother Yüksel, brother Enes, and uncle Salim Güran, as well as their neighbor Nevzat Bahtiyar, were arrested.
The investigation into Yüksel, Enes, and Salim Güran, and Nevzat Bahtiyar was completed, and the indictment prepared against the 4 defendants for "intentional killing of a child in complicity," seeking aggravated life imprisonment, was accepted by the Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court on October 23.
The trial of the defendants began on November 7, and the first hearing, which lasted 3 days, was adjourned to December 26, with the court ruling that the defendants remain in custody.
Following the first hearing, the public prosecutor submitted the 14-page opinion they had prepared to the court during the interim period.
