Second suicide case in the last month: Suicide at the KYK dormitory at Yıldız Technical University!
A student staying in Block A of the FSM KYK Men's Dormitory, located on the Yıldız Technical University Davutpaşa Campus, jumped from the window of their room during the night. It has been learned that an investigation into the incident has been initiated.

A student ended their life by jumping from a window at the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Men's Dormitory, affiliated with the Credit and Dormitories Institution (KYK), on the Yıldız Technical University Davutpaşa Campus.
According to reports by Sol Haber; while the name of the student who jumped from the window could not be learned, it was stated that this is the second suicide case to occur at the dormitory on the Yıldız Technical University Davutpaşa Campus within the last month.
An investigation into the incident has been launched.
SECOND SUICIDE CASE IN THE LAST MONTH
In recent days, Ömer Can Demir, a 3rd-year student in the Department of Marine Engineering at Yıldız Technical University, had also died by suicide in the same dormitory.
It was observed that Demir had made a post on his social media account on February 5th indicating that he was contemplating suicide.
