Sedat Peker had exposed it: Hadi Özışık took his daughter and went to the Palace

Hadi Özışık, whose meeting with organized crime leader Sedat Peker was revealed, was received by President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Palace. Özışık announced the visit with the words, "The front of evil will continue to seethe."

President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with Hadi Özışık, Chairman of the Board of the pro-government Internethaber Media Group. 

The announcement of the meeting came from Özışık. 

Hadi Özışık, who visited Erdoğan at the Presidential Palace along with his daughter Nazlı Özışık, shared a photo of the meeting on his X account and wrote the following: 

"I visited our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Complex together with my daughter Nazlı Özışık. Our friends who have been by our side in good times and bad will of course express their usual sincere feelings when they see this photo. Naturally, the front of evil will continue to seethe."


WHAT HAD HAPPENED?

It was alleged that in 2021, Hadi Özışık, Chairman of the Board of the Internethaber Media Group, acted as a mediator between the then-Minister of Interior Süleyman Soylu and organized crime leader Sedat Peker. Özışık did not accept this allegation and stated, "It is a lie that I carried messages between Soylu and Peker. Anyone who does such a thing is dishonorable and lacks character." Upon this, Peker published his conversation with Hadi Özışık and said, "My dear friends, the brothers Hadi Özışık and Süleyman Özışık, owners of the Internethaber website, have denied that they mediated between their closest associate Süleyman Soylu and me, saying 'whoever says so is dishonorable.' I do not cheat anyone, but I also do not put myself in a disgraceful position."

Özışık, whose meeting was exposed, also made a statement saying, "I acted officiously on a matter that was none of my business. Because of this officiousness, I put my friend of 30 years, Süleyman Soylu, in a difficult position regarding a matter he knew nothing about. I became the main reason for the character assassination carried out against him."
