Seizure order on Furkan Bölükbaşı's bank accounts and motorcycle

Lawyer Sevdagül Tunçer has initiated enforcement proceedings for the unpaid portion of the compensation she won from Furkan Bölükbaşı, known as an "Aktrol." Following the finalization of the court's decision, a seizure order was applied to Bölükbaşı's bank accounts and motorcycle.

ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS INITIATED

In a statement on her social media account, Tunçer announced that enforcement proceedings had been initiated to collect the debt from Bölükbaşı. Following the conclusion of a 60,000 TL compensation lawsuit, as the amount in question was not paid by Bölükbaşı, Tunçer exercised her legal right to initiate seizure proceedings.

This process between the parties began with tensions on social media. In his statements regarding the payment of the compensation, Bölükbaşı had said, "Unfortunately, I do not have the money to pay such compensation. If anyone wants to support me, my door is open." While this post caused a wide stir in public opinion, Tunçer criticized Bölükbaşı's attitude.

TENSION BETWEEN THE PARTIES HAD BEEN TAKEN TO THE JUDICIARY

In a previous statement, Bölükbaşı had shared a message saying, "Sevdagül Tunçer, as an older brother, I am calling out to you for the last time for your own good before what I will write today. End your relationship with Ümit Özdağ, leave the party." This statement escalated the tension between the parties, and Tunçer initiated legal proceedings. As a result, the court ruled for 60,000 TL in compensation.

Following the finalization of the court's decision, Tunçer initiated enforcement proceedings to collect her claim and placed a lien on Bölükbaşı's assets.
