Seizure shock at Beşiktaş Municipality
A seizure procedure was carried out at Beşiktaş Municipality due to a debt worth 28 million TL. As part of the seizure proceedings, the mayor's office and the computers used to pay staff salaries were also seized.

Seizure proceedings have been initiated against Beşiktaş Municipality due to a factoring debt amounting to 28 million TL. It was learned that the seizure process has been ongoing for 3 days and that items on various floors of the municipality have been confiscated. The fact that Mayor Rıza Akpolat is currently in custody also drew attention during the seizure proceedings.
ITEMS IN THE MAYOR'S OFFICE WERE ALSO SEIZED
While it was stated that all items in the mayor's office were seized, numerous computers were also included in the seizure scope, in addition to office furniture such as armchairs, desks, and chairs. It was reported that the seizure proceedings are continuing on all floors of the municipality.
It was stated that the computers used to pay staff salaries at the municipality were also confiscated as part of the seizure. It was learned that these computers are machines used for paying employee salaries and for important transactions.
TMSF ALSO ISSUED A SEIZURE DECISION
Along with the seizure proceedings against Beşiktaş Municipality, the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has also stepped in. The TMSF has issued a seizure decision for Aziz İhsan Aktaş's 465 million TL receivable from Beşiktaş Municipality. It was reported that Aktaş has a total receivable of 1.2 billion TL.
