It has been reported that the imprisoned former HDP Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş will meet with Arif Güran, the father of 8-year-old Narin Güran, who was murdered in Diyarbakır.
According to a statement made by Demirtaş's press office, the meeting will take place at Edirne Prison with special permission from the Ministry of Justice. The meeting is scheduled for Friday, July 31, at 10:00 AM.
The statement noted that Demirtaş has obtained and reviewed the Narin Güran case file from the lawyers. It was also noted that Demirtaş is expected to make a written statement following the meeting.
