A Panama-flagged ship named MV VYSSOS hit a mine on the Danube River today and ran aground.
In a statement made by the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs, it was stated that the 4 Turkish sailors on board (a deck cadet, an oiler, an able seaman, and a fitter) are in good health. The statement also expressed that the incident is being monitored by the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs.
