Simultaneous "Kafes-41" operations were carried out in 9 provinces, centered in Istanbul and Izmir, against an organized crime group led by Beratcan Gökdemir (a fugitive abroad), who is wanted with a Red Notice, and an organized crime group led by Ferhat Delen (a fugitive abroad), who has a national arrest warrant. 61 suspects were apprehended.
