Journalist Şirin Payzın married businessman Turgay Gümüş at the famous Palazzo Contarini Polignac in Venice, Italy.

According to information reported by OdaTV, the wedding of 57-year-old Payzın and Gümüş was attended by the couple's close circle. The wedding ceremony, held in the historic palace built for the Venetian aristocratic Contarini family in the early 16th century, drew attention.

Following the ceremony, a special dinner and a celebratory reception with drinks were held for the guests.

WHO IS TURGAY GÜMÜŞ?

Payzın's husband, businessman Turgay Gümüş, is among the prominent figures in the field of wine production. Gümüş continues his production activities at a boutique winery in the Çeşme district of İzmir.

Two of the three different wines prepared by Gümüş, Şirin Grenache Rosé 2023 and Alara Chardonnay-Sultaniye White 2023, were awarded bronze medals at the 2024 Decanter World Wine Awards, organized by the internationally renowned Decanter Magazine.
