"Selahattin Demirtaş and Selçuk Mızraklı send their greetings. They are in very good health. Their support for the process is full. A detailed statement will also be made from Selahattin Demirtaş's social media account.
There are criticisms in the media that the process is not being conducted transparently. These are not things that serve peace.
There is nothing that requires adopting an attitude of suspicion toward the process. We will solve it with the two sides.
If we miss this opportunity as well, 72 parties will intervene in this process. There is no loser in peace. Everyone wins. It has no losers at all."
SHARP REACTION FROM ÜMİT ÖZDAĞ
Zafer Party Chairman Ümit Özdağ, who has stated from the beginning that he would not support the process that started after MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli's call regarding Öcalan, reacted to the statements made following the İmralı delegation's visit to Edirne. Sharing the speech made by Sırrı Süreyya Önder on his social media account, Özdağ expressed his reaction to the statement with these words:
"Look here, incompetent comedian, do not dare to threaten the Turkish nation with talk of 72 nations coming. Even when we were fighting against the seven great powers in the War of Independence, we crushed the rebellions of your traitorous ancestors and drove the Greeks into the sea. We forced the French to sit at the table and the British to retreat. The Turkish nation and the Turkish state will not surrender to the PKK."
