"First of all, we would like to state that as Şişli Municipality, no meal distribution has been carried out in any of our schools; however, meal support is provided to families in need in neighborhoods outside of schools. This practice was stopped before Deputy Mayor Cevdet Ertürkmen was appointed. With Ertürkmen taking office, instructions were given to begin providing food support to families in need.
