After her relatives were unable to reach Saniye Yüksekdağ for 3 days, they notified the police.
Upon the report, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. In the initial examination conducted by the health teams, it was determined that Saniye Yüksekdağ had lost her life 3 days ago. Saniye Yüksekdağ's body was taken to the Adana Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for an autopsy.
