According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology; the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rain and showers expected in the interior parts of the Mediterranean, the northeast of Central Anatolia, the Central and Eastern Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia (except Van), the north and east of Southeastern Anatolia, the surroundings of Kastamonu and Sinop, Kahramanmaraş, the interior and western parts of Antalya, and the Taurus Mountains section of the Mediterranean. Sleet and occasional snowfall are expected in the northeast of Central Anatolia, the higher interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea, and the higher parts of the north and east of Eastern Anatolia.

Dust transport is expected in Southeastern Anatolia. Patchy fog and mist are expected in the Marmara region and interior parts this morning and at night, while icing and frost are expected in the eastern parts. There is an avalanche risk in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia.
