Snow begins in some parts of Istanbul
Snowfall began in some parts of Istanbul during the morning hours.

Following warnings from AFAD and the General Directorate of Meteorology, snowfall has begun in some parts of Istanbul.
Due to the snowfall that became effective around 06:00 in Çatalca, a portion of the TEM highway and the green areas along the roadside were covered with a white blanket.
Snow has also begun in the higher elevations of the Ümraniye, Beykoz, Üsküdar, and Kartal districts. The precipitation is continuing intermittently.
