In Erzurum, due to adverse weather conditions, schools were closed today in the central districts of Palandöken, Yakutiye, and Aziziye.
The severe blizzard and snowfall that continued throughout the city yesterday have negatively impacted daily life. The Erzurum Governor's Office stated that the conditions from yesterday are continuing today and announced that education has been suspended in primary schools, middle schools, and special education institutions in the Palandöken, Aziziye, and Yakutiye districts.
Additionally, public personnel who are pregnant, disabled, or have chronic illnesses will be considered on administrative leave for 1 day.
