Snow disrupts education in these provinces
Education has been suspended in some districts and villages of Bitlis and Van due to heavy snowfall.

The Bitlis Governor's Office announced that due to adverse weather conditions in the city, education has been suspended today in all public and private schools in the city center and its affiliated villages due to heavy snowfall. It was also announced that pregnant and disabled personnel working in public institutions will be considered on administrative leave.
In Van, education in primary and secondary schools has been suspended for one day in the Bahçesaray, Muradiye, and Saray districts due to snowfall that began yesterday evening and is expected to continue. In statements made via social media, it was noted that disabled and pregnant women working in public institutions in these three districts, where heavy snowfall is effective, will also be considered on administrative leave for the same day.
