1 soldier wounded in the Claw-Lock operation region has died

The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) announced that Specialist Sergeant Recep Parlak, who was wounded in the Claw-Lock operation region, has died.

In the statement made by the Ministry of National Defense (MSB), it was stated: "Our heroic comrade-in-arms, Infantry Specialist Sergeant Recep Parlak, who was wounded as a result of harassment fire by terrorists in the Claw-Lock operation region on September 30, 2023, and was transferred to the hospital, could not be saved despite all interventions at the hospital where he was receiving treatment and died on October 5, 2023. We wish God's mercy upon our dear martyr who lost his life in this incident that has plunged us into deep pain and sorrow, and we extend our condolences and patience to his grieving family, the Turkish Armed Forces, and our noble nation."
