SOLOTÜRK conducts rehearsal flight in Mersin

The Turkish Air Force's aerobatic team, SOLOTÜRK, performed a rehearsal flight ahead of the demonstration to be held for the 103rd anniversary of the liberation of Mersin from enemy occupation.

SOLOTÜRK first conducted an area familiarization flight over the Mersin İdman Yurdu Square on Adnan Menderes Boulevard.

Many citizens watched from the coastline as SOLOTÜRK later performed its rehearsal flights at the same location.

Citizens recorded the aerobatic maneuvers performed by the SOLOTÜRK pilots with their mobile phones.

Citizens also made purchases at the SOLOTÜRK stand set up in the square.

SOLOTÜRK will perform its demonstration flight from the same location on Friday, January 3, at 15:00.
