Former Interior Minister and AKP Istanbul MP Süleyman Soylu shared a statement titled 'May your path be clear, my Turkey' following the call for disarmament made by terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan.

In the new process initiated by the call from MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, the DEM Party Imralı Delegation held its third meeting yesterday (February 27) with Abdullah Öcalan, the leader of the terrorist organization PKK.

Following the meeting, the DEM Party Imralı Delegation shared with the public the call from terrorist leader Öcalan: “The PKK has led to a lack of meaning and excessive repetition. Therefore, it has completed its lifespan like its counterparts and has made its dissolution necessary.”

Former Interior Minister and AKP Istanbul MP Süleyman Soylu evaluated the terrorist leader Öcalan's call.

Soylu stated, "We are not the world's most powerful country, but with the resources we have, we use our intellect effectively, possess solid self-confidence, overcome great difficulties with the lever of reason, and keep the ship of Turkey in the direction of history's flow. Our country, which has seized the opportunity for a 'Strong Turkey' through the great experience of its leaders, will, God willing, become an even greater nation with its Turks, Kurds, Circassians, Laz, Bosniaks, and Arabs."

Soylu also included the following statements in his message:

"While there is a scarcity of statesmen in the world, the point reached today with the 'terror-free Turkey' step taken by our leader Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and our elder Devlet Bahçeli, who took all risks to re-establish the brotherhood of a nation, is the new peace paradigm for our region and the world without any ifs or buts.

This is not a time to be suspicious of one another; it is time to leave unity to our future generations with a terror-free Turkey, to bring peace to our region, to strengthen our economy in an environment of peace, and to give the world the 'new axis' spirit it needs.

We are not the world's most powerful country, but with the resources we have, we use our intellect effectively, possess solid self-confidence, overcome great difficulties with the lever of reason, and keep the ship of Turkey in the direction of history's flow.
