MHP Deputy Chairman İzzet Ulvi Yönter made statements regarding the health status of MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli. In a post on his social media account, Yönter stated that he had a phone conversation with Bahçeli and received his instructions.
Yönter used the expressions, 'I spoke with my esteemed Chairman on the phone just a moment ago and received his instructions. Those who spread slander about his health are slanderers and despicable.' The MHP Deputy Chairman emphasized that the negative claims regarding Bahçeli's health are completely baseless.

BAHÇELİ'S SURGERY PROCESS
Bahçeli underwent heart valve surgery at a hospital in Gebze, Kocaeli, on February 4, 2025. After it was announced that Bahçeli was discharged on February 14, speculations regarding his health status came to the agenda.
In his statement, Yönter noted that he speaks with Bahçeli every day and used the following expressions:
