Statement from Minister Tunç following the accident on the Northern Marmara Motorway: 3 Public Prosecutors assigned

In the tragic accident that occurred on the Northern Marmara Motorway in the Sakarya section, there have been fatalities so far, and 57 people, 7 of them in serious condition, have been injured. A statement regarding the matter came from Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç. Tunç stated, "An investigation has been launched by the Sakarya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, and three Public Prosecutors have been assigned under the coordination of a Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor."

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç made statements following the tragic accident that occurred on the Northern Marmara Motorway in the Sakarya section.

Tunç stated the following:

"I wish God's mercy upon our citizens who lost their lives in the traffic accident involving multiple vehicles due to heavy fog on the Northern Marmara Motorway in the Sakarya section, where 11 of our citizens passed away and 57 of our citizens were injured, 7 of them seriously, and I wish a speedy recovery to our injured citizens.

An investigation has been launched by the Sakarya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the accident, and three Public Prosecutors have been assigned under the coordination of a Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor"
