Zafer Party Chairman Ümit Özdağ made an assessment regarding the so-called congress of the terrorist organization PKK, which was announced to have been held between May 5-7.

Özdağ, who has been detained at Marmara Prison in Silivri since January 21, stated, "The PKK terrorist organization held its congress on May 5-7. The decisions taken are reportedly going to be announced in the coming days. I will also share my assessment regarding the terrorist organization's statement with the Turkish public in the coming days."

In the post shared on his X account, Özdağ also made a call to the Ministry of Justice, stating the following:

"I can read newspapers in Silivri prison. The newspapers arrive around 10:30. I also watch television channels. However, since there is no internet, access to information is still limited. (Actually, the Ministry of Justice could consider internet in prisons. Sites deemed objectionable could be blocked, and the problem would be solved.)

I make my assessments by adding the information I obtain through our lawyer friends to the information from television and newspapers."
