In a statement from the DMM's social media account, it was noted that the claims suggesting citizens should make various preparations are disinformation.
The statement emphasized that Turkey's security and defense processes are being conducted with effective capacity under the coordination of relevant institutions and that there is no situation that would cause public panic. It further stated, "Judicial processes are being carried out decisively against these accounts that act with the goal of dragging society into fear, anxiety, and chaos. It is kindly requested that the public not give credence to baseless claims and only take official statements into account."
