It was learned that no transactions could be performed due to the failure in the system, and it was reported that intensive efforts are underway to resolve the issue.
Regarding the matter, THY Press Consultant Yahya Üstün made the following statement on his social media account:
"Due to issues experienced in the network infrastructure, there are disruptions in ticketing and reservation processes. Necessary efforts are being made to resolve the issue and ensure our passengers do not suffer any grievances. We apologize for the aforementioned disruption. We will provide you with information regarding the situation in 30 minutes."
