Statement on 'Erdoğan' from Ayşe Ateş after meeting with Özgür Özel! 'He was going to meet with us last week, but...'

Ayşe Ateş, the wife of former Idealist Hearths (Ülkü Ocakları) President Sinan Ateş, who was killed in Ankara, went to the CHP Headquarters.

Ateş held a meeting there with CHP Chairman Özgür Özel. Ayşe Ateş made a statement following the meeting, which began at 12:50.

Ateş pointed out that she was going to meet with AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan last week, but after the group speech delivered by MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli, she was not called for the meeting with Erdoğan.

Ateş's statements are as follows:

"In my meeting with Mr. Özgür, I invited him to the court and thanked him.

10 days ago, Hasan Doğan called me and said that the President would meet with me last week.

However, immediately afterward, the MHP group meeting took place, and Devlet Bahçeli made a statement there. As he always does, he accused us of smearing and slandering by setting up a barrier in front of the criminals. He made a call there, saying, 'Do not pat them on the back, do not protect them.'"

ERDOĞAN'S CHIEF OF STAFF CALLED AYŞE ATEŞ

According to the report by İsmail Saymaz from Sözcü, Erdoğan's Chief of Staff Hasan Doğan called Sinan Ateş's wife, Ayşe Ateş, to provide information regarding the meeting.

It was learned that Doğan told Ateş, "Due to the intensity of our President's schedule, the meeting you will have with him has been slightly delayed. This meeting will take place as soon as possible."

Ayşe Ateş had also visited CHP leader Özgür Özel in May.
