Interior Ministry sources have issued a statement regarding the Glooper application, which is said to be used by a criminal organization led by Alihan Kuriş.
According to the sources, Glooper is not available in standard application stores. It was stated that the application is not found on platforms such as the App Store and Play Store and is completely closed to external access.
The statement noted that private and confidential data, data processing, and filing can be performed through the application. It was stated that access to the application is provided via a "Three-Step Verification" system, which generally consists of password, biometric data, and external approval stages.
Ministry sources reported that this system confirms the user in three different stages, allowing access only to authorized individuals. It was noted that accounts related to dormitories, personnel, administrative, and financial affairs are kept through the program, and communication with instructors within the structure is conducted via encrypted emails.
