Steam boiler explodes in Güngören! Teams are responding
A steam boiler exploded at a workplace in the Sanayi neighborhood of Istanbul's Güngören district. Following the explosion, numerous fire and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The teams' intervention is ongoing.

According to the information obtained, the incident occurred at a denim sandblasting workshop located on Sancaklı Street. The steam boiler in the workshop exploded like a bomb. While the explosion caused great panic in the surrounding area, extensive material damage occurred in an adjacent food warehouse.
Upon the notification of employees, fire, medical, and police teams were dispatched to the scene. While the police established a security cordon around the area, medical teams provided outpatient treatment to those slightly affected by the explosion. The police have launched an investigation into the explosion.
The damage caused by the explosion was captured from the air.
In the footage, it was seen that the food warehouse located next to the workshop sustained heavy damage.
