Storm warning for the Aegean Sea

The 2nd Regional Directorate of Meteorology has warned citizens to be cautious, stating that a storm is expected in the Aegean Sea starting from the evening hours.

In a statement made by the 2nd Regional Directorate of Meteorology Forecast and Early Warning Center, it was stated: "It is estimated that the wind in the Central and Southern Aegean will blow as a storm from the west and southwest at a force of 6 to 8 (50-75 km/h) starting from this evening (Monday). The storm is expected to lose its effect by Tuesday (16.01.2024) afternoon."
