The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has completed its investigation into the "criminal organization for profit" involving the IMM, formalizing an indictment concerning 402 people, 105 of whom are in custody. The text requests a prison sentence for Ekrem İmamoğlu ranging from 849 years and 6 months to 2,430 years and 6 months in connection with 142 separate acts.

Korkusuz columnist Can Coşkun, following the public release of the indictment, commented, "Now that the indictment has emerged, everyone waiting for the establishment of the new political line will join the game as their turn comes," and brought a striking claim regarding the AKP to the agenda.
