Haber7 columnist Ferhat Murat shared striking inside information regarding the İYİ Party. Speaking about whether Meral Akşener will remain in active politics, columnist Ferhat Murat stated, "4 deputies currently active in politics within the İYİ Party will switch to the AK Party."

Columnist Ferhat Murat made several claims while participating in the program 'Kontrol Noktası' on Ekol TV. Pointing to Monday and Tuesday, Ferhat Murat said, "On Monday or Tuesday, 4 deputies who are active in politics in the İYİ Party will switch to the AK Party."

Host Pınar Işık Ardor asked, "On one hand, there are transitions from the İYİ Party to the CHP, and on the other, from the İYİ Party to the AK Party. Where is the İYİ Party drifting? When Meral Akşener opens an office, will she open it as the former İYİ Party chair? Or will she return to the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP)? Will she join the AK Party?"

Columnist Ferhat Murat gave the following response to this question:

"I do not think Meral Akşener will be involved in active politics in the near future. Instead of entering the MHP or AK Party to engage in politics, she has initiated such a process to share the experience she has gained to date with Turkey to the extent requested of her.

An environment is being prepared with people she has worked with since her time in the MHP. Meral Akşener's goal is to contribute. She is a figure who has seen many positions and seats in Turkish politics. After this point, I do not see a high probability of her engaging in politics other than as a party leader.

After meeting with the President, Meral Akşener also called İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu to inform him about the matter. This is a subtle gesture. Mr. Müsavat has no discomfort regarding this issue.

There is no discomfort within the management level of the İYİ Party."
