Striking research after the general elections: Millions are hopeless, helpless, weary, and angry

Yöneylem Social Research Center conducted a study on how the people of Turkey feel following the May 14 and 28 elections.
Striking results emerged from the research. Nearly 28 percent of the citizens who participated in the survey stated that they feel helpless when they think about political issues.
According to the responses given by citizens who were asked the question, "How do you feel when you think about political issues recently?"; 27.7 percent feel helpless, 25.5 percent feel weary, 22 percent feel angry, 16.1 percent feel hopeful, and 5.4 percent feel excited.
95 PERCENT OF CHP VOTERS ARE WEARY, ANGRY, OR HELPLESS
The distribution of participants according to the parties they voted for in the general elections held on May 14 and May 28 was also examined. According to the responses given, 95 percent of CHP voters are weary, angry, or helpless. This rate was observed as 94.5 percent among IYI Party voters and 90 percent among those who voted for the Green Left Party.
