72-year-old İclal Kurt, who went to Kurtuluş Primary School in the Yarbay Şemsettin Neighborhood of Mersin to cast their vote in the Local Administration General Elections, fell ill during the voting process.
Upon notification, 112 Emergency Health teams were dispatched to the scene.
Kurt, who was determined to have suffered a heart attack, could not be saved despite interventions at the Tarsus State Hospital, where they were taken.
