The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an ex officio investigation following allegations and social media posts regarding talent manager Ayşe Barım. Actress Deniz Işın, who provided a statement as a "victim" within the scope of the investigation, noted that she was highlighting the issue of monopolization in the sector but had no complaints against Barım.

In her statement to the prosecutor, Işın, who has been acting for 7 years, stated that there was no contract between her and the talent management company owned by Ayşe Barım. Işın said, "I made my post based on claims voiced in casual conversations about the existence of monopolization in the sector. However, I did not experience any threats, coercion, or unlawful situations by Ayşe Barım."
"I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AGAINST ANYONE"
Emphasizing that she had not encountered a situation such as being removed from projects she was involved in, Işın said, "In the past, I had heard rumors that I was not wanted in a project. However, I did take part in the project and was not victimized by the individual. My post was only to bring existing problems in the sector to the agenda. I am not a complainant or plaintiff against anyone."

Ayşe Barım, the founder and partner of ID Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi, who also manages many famous actors, had come to the agenda with allegations that she caused monopolization in the sector and was accused of pushing actors who opposed her out of the market.
As part of the investigation, a travel ban was imposed on Ayşe Barım, and Serenay Sarıkaya, who is managed by Barım, had given a statement as a "witness."
