Support for women producers from Kayseri: 1,000 families to receive donated chickens

According to a written statement issued by the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, the Metropolitan Municipality, which contributes to both the city and national economy by supporting producers with projects such as seeds, tractors, beehives, and small livestock support, aims to popularize free-range egg farming in the city.
Within the framework of the campaign titled "Chickens from Us, Production from You," 10 young chickens will be given to each family of women producers living in rural areas at the Kadir Has Congress Center parking lot on September 13.
TOTAL COST OF THE CAMPAIGN IS 1 MILLION 890 THOUSAND LIRA
With these grant supports, the aim is to encourage those interested in egg production to engage in chicken farming, to turn the local people into better-equipped farmers, and to contribute to employment.
Thanks to this campaign in Kayseri, it is planned to produce 3 million 500 thousand eggs per year. With the applications of women farmers living in rural neighborhoods, 10 chickens each will be given to 1,000 families. It is stated that the total cost of the campaign is 1 million 890 thousand lira.
