Ciner Yayın Holding has decided to end its media investments and has transferred all of its shares to the Can Group. "In line with its goal of achieving global leadership in the mining industry, which is its core sector, the Park Group has decided to terminate its media investments.


Within the framework of this decision, a contract has been signed for the transfer of all of the Park Group's shares in Ciner Yayın Holding to the Can Group, which also includes important educational/cultural institutions of our country such as Bilgi University and Doğa Colleges.
