Suspect arrested for molesting 12-year-old child in İzmir
In the Karabağlar district of İzmir, a 49-year-old suspect who was detained on allegations of molesting his relative's 12-year-old daughter, I.N., has been arrested by the court.

İzmir's Karabağlar district saw the arrest of a 49-year-old suspect who was taken into custody on allegations of molesting his relative's 12-year-old daughter, I.N. According to the information obtained, 49-year-old Tahir A., who went to visit his cousin in the Karabağlar district, allegedly molested his cousin's daughter, I.N., while she was alone at home.
After Tahir A. left the house, I.N. reported the situation to her family. The family went to the Public Prosecutor's Office and filed a criminal complaint against Tahir A.
Following this, an arrest warrant was issued for Tahir A. Through the efforts of the Public Security Branch's Morality Bureau and the Intelligence Branch, Tahir A. was apprehended and taken into custody at an address where he was hiding in the Bayraklı district.
"I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO"
Messages emerged showing that I.N. first told a friend about the molestation incident she experienced. In the continuation of the message, I.N. wrote the following sentence to her friend: "I didn't know what to do, I started crying immediately."
Tahir A., who was taken into custody by police teams, was brought to the police station after a health check. The suspect, who was referred to the courthouse after his statement there, was arrested by the court.
