WHO IS ÖZER UÇURAN ÇİLLER?
Born in 1937, Özer Uçuran Çiller was an engineer and businessman. He had two children from his marriage to Tansu Çiller. He adopted the surname "Çiller" after his marriage.
After attending Saint Joseph French High School, he completed his engineering and master's degree studies at Robert College (Boğaziçi University). He earned an MBA degree from Boston and Connecticut universities in the United States. He served as the Director of Economic Controls at the holding company Amatek Inc. until 1975.
