THE INCIDENT
Ayşe Can (29) fell into the sea while walking on the Bebek coast on Saturday, November 23, and her brother Velat Can (23), who jumped into the water to save her, went missing in the water; their parents, unable to reach them, reported the situation to the police.
It was determined that the siblings, who had come to Diyarbakır from Spain on November 14 for a vacation, were staying at a hotel in Istanbul's Sarıyer district as they were scheduled to return to the same country with their family on November 25.
