CERRAHPAŞA TO BE DEMOLISHED
A tender was held for the demolition and scrap processing of the faculty buildings, which are among the risky structures considering the impact of earthquakes and the year the buildings were constructed.
The price determined for the demolition and scrap of these buildings located in the center of Istanbul has also been clarified.

According to information in the Official Gazette, a tender price of 40 million 590 thousand liras was determined for the demolition of the Cerrahpaşa campuses located in Fatih.
Within the scope of the tender, various buildings specified in the plan at the Cerrahpaşa Campus belonging to Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa will be demolished. Structures covering a total closed area of 91,763 square meters with a footprint of 16,564 square meters will be included in the demolition process.
