The explosion took place in the Duwayla district of Damascus, near the Armament Administration building affiliated with the Ministry of Defense. Following the blast, which caused widespread panic in the area, numerous medical and security teams were dispatched to the scene.
''DETONATED NEAR THE MINISTRY BUILDING''
Eyewitnesses reported that there were people injured in the incident, which occurred near strategic facilities of the Ministry of Defense, and that they were transported to hospitals by ambulance.
