Objections to the March 31 local election results continue. The CHP has challenged the election results in Arnavutköy. CHP Istanbul Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik made a statement on his social media account, alleging that Resul Yeniyurt, the chief of staff to the Deputy Mayor of the AKP-run Arnavutköy Municipality, had interfered with the official records.

Regarding the process, Çelik stated, "We are challenging the District Mayoral election in Arnavutköy. We are conducting examinations with our legal team and will initiate the necessary legal processes."

Following the suspicious footage and the start of the objection process, citizens gathered in front of the district election board to closely follow developments and stand behind their objections.
