New arrest decisions have been made in the fund investigation conducted regarding transactions carried out in the capital markets.
Tera Portfolio Chairman of the Board Erdin Özel and Tera Investment CEO Emir Münir Sarpyener, who were referred to the courthouse after being detained within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, have been arrested.
It was reported that with the latest decisions, the number of people arrested within the scope of the investigation has risen to 58.
