Video footage taken during the interrogation of Tolgahan Demirbaş, a former Ülkü Ocakları executive and one of the perpetrators in the Sinan Ateş murder, has emerged.

In a video shared by B Yüzü on X, Demirbaş is seen targeting prosecutors Durdu Özer and Durmuş Ali Kaya, who were removed from their posts and reassigned from the Ankara Courthouse while they were deepening the investigation.

'DO NOT COLLABORATE WITH THEM'

Reminding the prosecutor of their removal, Demirbaş threatens the official taking his statement by saying, "Where is Durdu Özer, where is Durmuş Ali (Kaya)? Do not stand on the same side as them."

In his testimony taken from prison, Demirbaş tells the prosecutor:

"They want to drag this case into the political arena. Please do not be a tool for this, do not be a partner in this sin, Mr. Prosecutor. Where is Durdu Özer, where is Durmuş Ali (Kaya)? Do not stand on the same side as them. Their politics of threats is a settling of scores. Do not collaborate with them."

The prosecutor responds:

"Keep your advice to yourself. I am not a prosecutor who has anything to do with politics. If it is proven, I will resign. Instead of making comments, answer what I am asking you."
